Deleting Your Account

From inside the game

The quickest way: open the game → tap your player card at the top → Settings tab → Delete account at the bottom. You will be asked to type DELETE; the account and its data are removed as soon as you confirm.

If you already removed the app

Write to destek@jointruenetwork.com. Include your in-game name and the server you played on so we can verify the request; it is completed within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted

• Your account and username, if you set one
• Your farms and progress on every server
• Coins, diamonds, artifacts and pickaxes
• Friendships, guild membership and chat messages
• Notifications and notification preferences
• Session tokens and device records

What is kept

Accounting records of real-money transactions (the store's transaction id, the package and the amount) are retained as required by law. No field identifying you remains in those records — the link to your identity is severed at the moment of deletion.

Can it be undone

No. Deletion completes immediately and cannot be reversed. Purchases are not refunded.
