1. The service
Tilovia is an online game operated by True Network. By playing, you accept these terms.
2. Your account
Your account is yours alone. Transferring, selling or sharing it is not allowed, and keeping it secure is your responsibility.
3. Virtual currency and purchases
Coins, diamonds and packages are virtual items usable only inside the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be cashed out and may not be sold outside the game. Refunds follow the rules of the store you purchased from (Google Play, App Store, Telegram).
Some items produce random outcomes. The odds of each outcome are shown inside the game before purchase.
4. What is not allowed
- Cheating, automation, modified clients or exploit tools
- Insults, harassment, threats or hate speech toward players
- Advertising, scams or trading accounts
- Overloading or probing the security of our servers
Accounts breaking these rules may be muted or closed.
5. Your content
You are responsible for what you write in chat. You can report rule-breaking messages with the in-game report button.
6. Availability
The game may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. Servers may be merged or closed; when that happens it is announced in the game a reasonable time in advance.
7. Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect damages.
